What a busy day!
We started with breakfast as usual followed by a short bus ride to the Tiananmen Square — a massive stretch of pavement surrounded by powerful buildings and filled with hundreds upon hundreds of people.

We followed that with a walking tour through the Forbidden City and the Imperial Palace — about 5 miles in total, but with some amazing buildings to see.
That was followed by a lunch and rehearsal in the Beijing Concert Hall.
Later in the evening, hundreds of people turned out for our first concert in China. Everyone sounded amazing!
