Get out and meet up with your friends from ESYO and take an easy hike along the Helderberg Escarpment, and be inspired by the sounds of nature. Keep your eyes open for ancient fossils as you trek alongside Thacher Park's limestone rockface on the Indian Ladder Trail, then take in the panoramic views of the Mohawk-Hudson Valley and the Adirondacks, and the Green Mountains.
