Ensembles: Chime Operations and Program Manager

Ethan Fox is a dedicated arts administrator and percussionist committed to expanding access to music education and fostering vibrant arts communities. He strongly believes that music can be one of the most powerful avenues for developing fundamental life skills, building meaningful connections, and helping individuals grow into better, more compassionate people.

In his administrative career, Ethan has worked as an Internal Operations Administrator with SOUNDS Academy, where he supported organizational operations, logistics, and programming initiatives that help provide music education opportunities to underserved students. He has also served as a Project Manager intern with the Phoenix Symphony and as a Percussion Manager at the Aspen Music Festival and School. These experiences have given him valuable insight into the inner workings of leading arts organizations and reinforced his belief in the transformative power of music within a community.

As a performer, Ethan seeks enriching experiences through music. His achievements include awards from the Percussive Arts Society and participation in the Cortona Marimba Sessions in Italy.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Arizona State University, where he studied under Dr. Michael Compitello. He is recognized for his strong leadership, kindness, collaborative spirit, and tireless work ethic, and remains passionate about advancing innovative and accessible music education initiatives.
