A bequest allows you to name Empire State Youth Orchestra as a beneficiary in your Will.
You may choose a specific amount, marketable securities, or a percentage of your estate. We can provide sample language for you to review with your attorney.
You can direct all or part of your Required Minimum Distribution to ESYO.
This supports our work immediately and may reduce your taxable income. Contact your IRA administrator to set up a Qualified IRA charitable distribution.
You can name ESYO as the owner or beneficiary of a life insurance policy. This may offer a tax deduction when the policy is transferred.
It also removes the proceeds from your taxable estate. If your employer provides additional coverage you do not need, you can designate ESYO as a beneficiary.
