ESYO strives to keep tuition costs as low as possible.  Whether you pay your tuition all at once, over time, or through tuition assistance, ESYO provides flexible, easy, and convenient ways to pay your tuition.

Do not let economic hardship be a barrier. Since our founding, ESYO has upheld an important promise to our musicians— anyone who successfully auditions for an ESYO Ensemble is able to participate, independent of financial considerations. ESYO musicians may apply for need-based tuition assistance.

DISCOUNTS

A discount of $50 per tuition is available for multiple tuitions in one family (e.g., more than one musician in ESYO) OR membership by one musician in two or more ensembles.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLANS

Accepted applicants must register online by July 17th, 2023. ESYO offers a 10-payment automatic payment plan. Simply email Mary Rose Petrozola at This email address is being protected from spambots. 10-Payment Plan
Balance to be paid in ten (10) installments on the 15th of each month August-May. 
10% paid each month. An automatic payment must be set up with Mary Rose Petrozola or Lisa Stulmaker to complete your registration. Please note that there is a $50 fee for the 10 Payment Plan option. 

REFUND POLICY

If your tuition is paid in full:

Before the first rehearsal

Full tuition paid less the $200 commitment deposit.

Before November 1

50% tuition paid less the $200 commitment deposit.

After November 1

No refund

If you are on an ESYO payment plan:

Before the first rehearsal

10 Payment Plan - Full Tuition Paid to Date, less the $200 commitment deposit

After the first rehearsal

No refund
