At ESYO, we believe that every young musician deserves the opportunity to grow, perform, and thrive—regardless of financial circumstances.
Tuition for the 2025-2026 season covers only 40% of the actual cost of providing the ESYO experience, with the remainder funded through generous donors, grants, and sponsorships. To ensure accessibility for all, ESYO awards more than $30,000 in tuition assistance annually, and no qualified musician is ever turned away due to financial need.
Families are encouraged to apply for tuition assistance, especially if they are enrolling more than one child. Our goal is to make participation possible for every musician, and we are committed to working with families to create an affordable path forward.
The combined tuition for students enrolled in more than one full-season performing ensemble is discounted by 25% at time of payment. For example, a student enrolling in Youth Jazz and Symphony Orchestra will pay $2100, which reflects a 25% discount on the total cost of both groups, namely, $2800. Should a student withdraw from one ensemble during the refund period, the full cost of the second ensemble will be assessed. Discounted tuition is eligible for the 10-payment plan
Accepted applicants must register online by July 15th, 2025 and submit a non-refundable $200 deposit to secure membership. The remaining tuition may be paid at one time, or may be split evenly over ten months.
To enroll in a 10-month payment plan, please email Mary Rose Petrozola at mpetrozola@esyo.org and/or Lisa Stulmaker at lstulmaker@esyo.org to set up the payment plan.
