ENSEMBLE TUITION

ESYO strives to keep tuition costs as low as possible.  Whether you pay your tuition all at once, over time, or through tuition assistance, ESYO has a place for you.

COVID-19 has adversely impacted the lives and livelihoods of families across the Capital Region. ESYO is committed to making sure members have access to the benefits of ESYO regardless of their ability to pay. If a member of your household has been laid-off or furloughed due to COVID-19 or is currently experiencing financial difficulties due to the global pandemic, we encourage you to apply for need-based financial aid through the general Financial Aid form.

DISCOUNTS

A discount of $50 per tuition is available for multiple tuitions in one family (e.g., more than one musician in ESYO) OR membership by one musician in two or more ensembles.

  • If you have more than one child in ESYO, you are eligible for a discount of $50 per tuition. Please enter code "FAMILY" at checkout.
  • If your child is in more than one ensemble, you are eligible for a discount of $50 per ensemble. Enter code "2ENSEMBLE" at checkout.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLANS

Accepted applicants must register online by July 26, 2021. ESYO offers two automatic payment plans.  Simply email Lisa Stulmaker at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to set up the payment plan that is right for you and make your first payment before Monday, July 26, 2021.

2-Payment Plan

Balance to be paid in two (2) installments. 50% paid at registration and 50% paid in January. An invoice will be sent at the beginning of January. 

10-Payment Plan

Balance to be paid in ten (10) installments on the 15th of each month August-May.  

10% paid each month. An automatic payment must be set up with Lisa Stulmaker to complete your registration. Please note that there is a $25 fee for the 10 Payment Plan option.

A 2.5% processing fee is associated with all credit card payments.

REFUND POLICY

If your tuition is paid in full:

Before the first rehearsal

Full tuition paid less the $200 commitment deposit.

Before November 1

50% tuition paid less the $200 commitment deposit.

After November 1

No refund

If you are on an ESYO payment plan:

Before the first rehearsal

2 Payment Plan- Full tuition paid to date less the $200 commitment deposit.

10 Payment Plan- No refund. Must pay the difference between the amount paid and the $200 commitment deposit.

After the first rehearsal

No refund

*COVID-19 EXCEPTION*

Should restrictions caused by COVID-19, result in the cancelation of more than 3 consecutive in-person rehearsals, a member has the option to withdraw for the remainder of the season. Membership withdrawal due to COVID- 19 is subject to a pro-rated refund of the remaining cost of tuition, minus the $200 non-refundable deposit.
